### Enhance Visibility of Training and Competence in 3tx

Tracking training and competence completion across your organisation is now easier with 3tx’s latest feature. This update introduces group-level metrics, helping you monitor progress efficiently and make data-driven decisions.

**What’s new?**

* **Group Metrics at a Glance**: View training and competence percentages for each group directly in the list.
    
* **Detailed Insights**: Open a details panel to see percentages specific to any selected group.
    
* **Enhanced Filtering**: Quickly find groups by type using the new filter panel.
    
* **Data Tiles for Overviews**: See overall training and competence percentages across all groups.
    
* **Smart Sorting**: Sort groups by training or competence percentages, from highest to lowest or vice versa
